A man accused in at least 27 burglaries is now behind bars.
The Blount County Sheriff's Office arrested 35-year-old Tony Edwin McClurg Wednesday morning following a search warrant at his Maryville home.
The sheriff's office says inside officials found several stolen items including firearms, electronics and power tools, all connected to a series of Blount County burglaries.
Officers also found drugs inside the home.
McClurg is facing several theft and drug possession charges.
The sheriff's office says charges from different agencies could also be pending.
