The suspect hides behind the convertible early Thursday morning.

Surveillance video shows it took the suspect thirty minutes to remove the four tires.

Here is a picture of one of the four tires stolen from the BMW.
A Knoxville businessman hopes video nails a tire thief.
"Hopefully we can put an end to his criminal career and he turns over a new leaf," said Mike Lewis, owner of Mike Lewis State Farm Insurance Agency.
Lewis is both an insurance agent and car dealer. His businesses are located at 9044 Middlebrook Pike.
Four tires were stolen from a BMW convertible for sale in his office parking lot around 12:30 a.m. Thursday.
A surveillance camera captured the suspect in action.
Lewis believes the tire thief is in his 20s or 30s. The suspect has short hair and it appears he was wearing a red short sleeve shirt and khaki shorts.
"This young man came over and was here probably about 30 minutes on and off. He made a couple of trips carrying cinder blocks, then, obviously some type of car jack," Lewis said.
The Knox County Sheriff's Office is investigating the theft.
Lewis is offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspect.
