It's one of the only mom and pop grocery stores you can find in West Knoxville, and Friday it'll be the subject of the latest cash mob.
Knox County Mayor Tim Burchett is hoping to attract shoppers to Butler and Bailey Friday evening. It's been in business for over 20 years, and puts a lot of emphasis on customer service, along with local products from coffee and produce to dairy and bacon.
"Butler and Bailey is one of those that I think we need to focus on because every time-- it's great when we bring in a new chain, but we still have to remember these folks that have been paying the bills for a long time that aren't getting any breaks, and we need to support them," said Burchett.
Friday's cash mob is scheduled from 5 until 7.
Butler and Bailey is on Northshore Drive near Morrell Road in the Rocky Hill area.
