The commercial complex that once housed a Food City in Farragut now has a new owner.
Farragut Pointe on Kingston Pike across from Farragut High School was purchased by Farragut Pointe Properties Tuesday.
The complex is more than 71,000 square feet and currently has two tenants, Mario's Pizza and Grill and Fabulous Fido.
First Commercial Real Estate is handling the leasing of the property. It's looking at several uses for the complex, including retail, medical, educational and office uses.
