Three people were airlifted to UT Medical Center after a two vehicle accident in Fentress County.

Deputies say Kayley Ford, 19, from Sunbright, Tenn. was driving a Dodge Avenger, traveling west on Rugby Pike, when she crossed the center lane and struck a Dodge Ram head-on at Peter's Ford Road.

Its driver Kenneth Foster, 72, and his brother Ira Foster, 75, were driving east down the same road in a 2002 Dodge Ram.  Both men were from Oneida, Tenn.

Nash Conn, 23, from Deer Lodge, Tenn. was the passenger in Ford's vehicle.

Conn, Ford and Kenneth Foster were airlifted to UT Medical.  An ambulance transported Ira Foster to the hospital.

A Fentress County deputy says charges are pending, and the investigation remains open.
