Kentucky Kingdom up in Louisville re-opened for a short time Tuesday.
The gates opened for private tours to anyone who could possibly re-open and operate the amusement park.
Kentucky Kingdom closed in 2009 when Six Flags reorganized under chapter 11 bankruptcy.
Since then, three deals to re-open the park have fallen through, apparently because the operators don't want to invest in rides and attractions on land that wouldn't be theirs.
The land is owned by the state of Kentucky.
