Sheriff Robbie Goins said undercover investigators arranged to meet with Chris Cole Dabney, 47, of Clinton, to buy drugs.

Officers arrested Dabney on the spot.  He admitted to being in possession of narcotics and distributing them while on his FedEx route, twice a week for an undetermined amount of time.

In the delivery van, police found cash and what they think are morphine pills.

"This investigation traveled from LaFollette to Jellico and all over Campbell County. Today we can report that Mr. Dabney's actions have ceased and will not be tolerated, period.
