The man accused in a deadly Tellico Village shooting has been found not guilty.
Norman Whitton was charged with second degree murder in the death of Larry Butcher in April of 2010. Both men were in their 70's. The two had an altercation where Whitton claimed that Butcher attacked him as he sat in his pickup truck. Whitton claimed he shot Butcher in self-defense.
