Drivers on Broadway in north Knoxville ran into a big red road block Friday morning after a freak accident at Walgreens.
Just before 11:00 am, Knoxville Police say a Coca-Cola delivery truck started to roll across the Walgreens parking lot while the driver was in the back of the truck unloading drinks.
The worker jumped out and watched the truck run over and drag a Toyota that was parked at the drug store.
Then both vehicles jumped the curb and rolled straight into the northbound lanes of Broadway.
Police say its incredible that the truck did not hit any traffic
"There was no other traffic on Broadway which is unusual, but nobody got hurt and no other vehicles were involved. I've seen a lot of freak things so it doesn't surprise me," said Greg Womac of the Knoxville Police Department.
KPD says it also will not file an accident report because it happened on private property and both sides agreed to handle it on their own.
