A Townsend woman is facing charges after a shooting that left a relative injured.
The Blount County Sheriff's Office says 52-year-old Ruthie Webb shot a family member in the arm at her home on Laurel Valley Road on Monday morning.
The victim is recovering.
Webb is charged with reckless endangerment. She is behind bars on a $50,000 bond.
