A woman convicted of killing a Monroe County election commissioner has been sentenced to 22 years in prison for multiple charges.

In late August, a jury found 29-year-old Jessica Kennedy guilty of facilitating the murder of Jim Miller.

On Wednesday, a judge sentenced Miller to 22 years for facilitation of murder, 5 years for facilitation of aggravated robbery, 11 months and 29 days for facilitation of arson and 11 months and 29 days for facilitation of abuse of a corpse. That basically means she helped others do those things.

No one else has been charged in the July 2010 murder of Miller. Authorities found his body in the trunk of his burned car.

All of Kennedy's lesser sentences will run concurrent with the murder sentence, so she will only serve 22 years in jail.
