Nearly a year after a fatal car accident killed two people, a survivor in the crash is charged in their deaths.

The accident happened last November on Highway 338 in Sevier  County. According to a THP report, Bradley Poarch veered across the double yellow line and hit a truck head-on. The driver and her passenger were killed. Another passenger in the truck was hurt.

Last month, a Sevier County grand jury indicted Poarch on two counts of criminal negligent homicide, and one count of reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon.
