A former Greene County deputy is facing another lawsuit that alleges sexual assault.
A woman is suing Robbie Morgan for $2 million dollars, claiming he used excessive force and touched her inappropriately in February.
According to a court complaint, Morgan was sent to the woman's home to investigate a car accident that had happened earlier in the day.
The woman claims that Morgan slammed her head against his patrol car and began to do a rough and inappropriate pat down search on her when he realized that her son was a former classmate, with whom he had past disagreements.
The woman later called the sheriff's department several times to report his behavior.
Morgan faces another lawsuit from a woman who alleges that he sexually assaulted her during a traffic stop on Christmas day last year.
