Firefighters responded to a fire at the Pebblebrook Way Condos in Powell.
A spokesperson for Rural Metro said when firefighters arrived that scene near West Beavercreek Drive and Old Clinton Pike, they found the sunroom of those one units engulfed in flames.
A second unit was also damaged by water, but officials said they believe the damage is minor.
Authorities reported that no one was injured in that fire and investigation into its cause continues.
