Happy Hollerpalooza Street Fair
The 7th annual Happy Hollerpalooza Street Fair is set for Saturday, Oct. 27 from noon - 5 p.m.
The street fair takes place on North Central Street, between Baxter Avenue and Scott Street.
The activities include live music, belly dancing, street performers, arts and crafts made by local artists and craftsmen, a motorcycle show and the Knox County Sheriff's Office Drug Prevention Car Show.
The street fair will also include food from local restaurants such as Central Flats and Taps, Time Warp Tea Room, Freezo and Three Rivers Market.
Admission and parking are free.
Coming Home Blues Festival
The Atomic City Sportsmen Club will host its 4th annual Coming Home Blues Festival on Saturday, Oct. 27.
The festival runs from 6 p.m. - 10 p.m. A barbecue meal will be served in advance from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
The musical line-up includes the The Charlie Morris Band, Natti Love Joys, Wendel Werner with Katy Free and DJ Tony Manley.
Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the festival. Tickets are available online or at Ruby Miller's State Farm Office at 574 Oak Ridge Turnpike, The Ferrell Shop at 235 Jackson Square and East Tennessee Family Services at 1660 Oak Ridge Turnpike.
Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure
The annual Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in Knoxville is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 27.
Registration and packet pick-up is available in the West Town Mall amphitheater in front of JCPenney at the following times:
- Tuesday - Thursday, 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
- Friday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Family Fall Celebration
First United Methodist Church of Maryville is preparing for its annual Family Fall Celebration.
The fun will be held from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 30.
Activities include train rides, inflatables, a pumpkin patch, trunk or treat, hot dogs, crafts and a spider web climb.
The event is free.
