"It's a Wonderful Life" at the Tennessee Theatre

The Tennessee Theatre will show the Christmas classic "It's a Wonderful Life" on Sunday, December 2. The two screenings will go on at 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Admission is free and no tickets are required. However, seating is limited. Organizers advise showing up an hour early.

Candy Cane Cottage

Rocky Hill Elementary School is hosting the 27th annual Candy Cane Cottage from Monday, November 26 through Wednesday, November 28. The cottage features gifts that range from one dollar to $12 for the whole family. Students at Rocky Hill will have a chance to shop for their families during the school day. Money raised from the event will go toward the school's Benevolence Fund.

Light the Park

The town of Farragut and the Farragut Business Alliance is ushering in the holiday season with the Second Annual Light the Park on Monday, November 26, from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m at Campbell Station Park. Festivities include several performances and a ceremonial tree lighting. Light the Park is free but organizers are asking for voluntary donations for Second Harvest Food Bank.
