Knox County Schools is accepting charter school proposals for the 2014-2015 academic year.
People can submit proposals for both new charter schools and existing schools which could be converted into charter schools.
Anyone planning to submit a proposal must first send a letter of intent and proof of community outreach by February 1 in order to be considered during the application process. The application deadline is on April 1.
