Crews have reopened a West Knox County road that was the scene of a citronella oil spill Wednesday afternoon.
It happened around 2 p.m. on Nubbin Ridge Road. According to the sheriff's office, a 55-gallon drum of citronella oil spilled.
Rural Metro and Knox County sheriff's deputies responded. They used sand to control the spill.
The road reopened around 4 p.m.
