A toxicology report is out for the man who hit and killed a Blount County teen.
In August, 44-year-old John Perkins crossed the center line of Highway 411. He crashed into 16-year-old Amelia Keown's car head on. Both Perkins and Keown died from injuries caused by the accident.
Keown's family released a TBI toxicology report they obtained. It says Perkins had multiple substances in his system, including above normal levels of oxycodone.
