A date is set for a sentencing hearing for Vanessa Coleman.
Special Judge Jon Kerry Blackwood will sentence Coleman on February 1, for her role in the murders of Channon Christian. She and her boyfriend, Chris Newsom, were carjacked, raped, and murdered in January 2007.
Last month, a jury found her guilty of facilitating Christian's rape and murder. Coleman was retried, because the judge in her original case admitted to drug use while on the bench.
Three other defendants are waiting to find out if a different special judge will grant them new trials in the case.
The next hearing for Lemaricus Davidson, Letalvis Cobbins, and George Thomas is set for December 13.
