Knox County Sheriff's officer is searching for a driver involved in a hit-and-run accident in South Knox County Sunday night.
Authorities say it happened on Babs Road just before 8:00 p.m. Deputies said the driver struck a go-cart carrying two children and then fled the scene.
Emergency crews transported both children to UT Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries.
KCSO said the suspect is a male driving a black Nissan Sentra. The vehicle could possibly have a broken headlight and damage to its front bumper on the driver's side.
