A former Greene County deputy pleaded guilty to violating the civil rights of a woman on Christmas day last year.
Robert Morgan, II entered the plea by information in federal court on Tuesday.
While on duty last year, Morgan admits to pulling a man and woman over during a traffic stop and questioning them about drinking and driving.
According to court documents, Morgan later let the man go without charging him. Those documents also state that the woman told Morgan she would do anything to get out of charges. They met, and the woman performed a sexual act with Morgan.
Back in July, the victim filed a lawsuit against Morgan.
In October, a second woman filed a lawsuit against the former deputy, claiming he used excessive force and touched her inappropriately.
Morgan's sentencing is scheduled for next April.
