A man who was shot in the chest during an early morning shooting was identified by Knoxville police Thursday.
Charjuan Hayes, 21, was injured at a home on Glenwood Ave. around 2:30 a.m. He was hospitalized at UT Medical Center.
Several people were being questioned following the shooting, which happened east of Interstate 40.
The victim was listed in critical but stable condition.
