New numbers show unemployment rates dropped in nearly every Tennessee county in November.
Last month 91 counties saw a drop in the jobless rate. It rose in one, and remained the same in three.
Here in East Tennessee, Knox County continues to have the lowest rate for a major metropolitan area in the state. It dropped .7 percent from October to 5.2 percent. That's also down from last year's percentage of 6.0.
Scott County's unemployment number remains the highest in the state, but it dropped more than one percentage point from October to 15.3 percent. That's down more than 1.5 percent from the same time last year.
