Hundreds of ballots cast in the 1864 presidential election will go up for auction next month.
The 270 ballots will be auctioned off January 26th at the Winter Case Antique Auction in Knoxville. Most of those ballots were cast to re-elect Abraham Lincoln and his running mate, Andrew Johnson of Tennessee.
The ballots are being sold together with a pre-sale estimate of $5,000 to $6,000.
The auction will take place at 2240 Sutherland Avenue in Knoxville, on Saturday, January 26 at 9:30 a.m. More information can be found at caseantiques.com/.
