Fire investigators have arrested a third person for setting off an explosion that started a fire in the early morning hours of New Year's Day.

The fire happened on January 1 at the Quality Bakery in Lonsdale.  Investigators say a device containing fireworks and other materials was detonated, burning a truck, two trailers, and damaging the Quality Bakery on Burnside Street.

Investigators were back at the scene of the fire on Tuesday, and spotted Brad Paul Jones, 19, in a nearby alley.  He was arrested without incident.

A woman arrested earlier this week for the crime said they did it for fun.

It happened around 12:30 am on Tuesday morning outside Quality Bakery on Burnside Street.

Firefighters say the device contained fireworks placed together in a can.  The explosion caught a semi-trailer on fire outside the business.
The fire also damaged a nearby truck and two trailers before spreading to the building and causing some surface damage.

The damage is estimated at about $35,000-$45,000 thousand dollars.

Officers arrested 28-year-old Stacey Ann Michelle Foringer and charged her with possession of a prohibited weapon and arson.

They also arrested a teenage boy.

According to court documents, Foringer told arresting officers that they set the device off for fun.
