Amateur wrestlers hoping to take their talents to the next level now have a new training ground.
The Next Level Wrestling School held its first class Monday in East Knoxville.
The school is giving wrestlers a professional wrestling workout to hopefully get them ready for World Wrestling Entertainment. Wrestlers not only get lessons, they also get help from a physical therapist and a dietician.
Owner Devin Driscoll says he hopes the new class will provide a unique training experience unlike any others in the country.
"We joined forces to put together this school, something that's totally different from professional wrestling. It's a combination of the best in-the-ring training as well as weight room, and speed enhancement and agility all under one roof," said Driscoll.
The class costs $1,500 for three months. You can find more information on their website.
