It may be a tough time for UT football fans, but they're still big fans of the game, even if it means rooting on the Alabama Crimson Tide.
The Tide's 42-14 rout of Notre Dame in Monday night's national championship game was the highest rated show on television last night, and had a 14% increase in viewers over last year's game, which pitted Alabama against LSU.
But what cities were watching most?
No surprise that the game in Birmingham, Alabama, got a 55.1 rating-- that means more than half of the people with televisions in that city were watching the game! New Orleans was number two, and Knoxville came in with the third highest rating for the game. Nashville and Atlanta rounded out the top 5.
