A former Alcoa High School softball coach will spend several months in prison.
This week, Paul Talley pled guilty to sex charges involving a minor. Investigators determined that Talley had engaged in sexual conduct and inappropriate physical contact with a female student over the course of several months.
They also believe he solicited inappropriate contact with another female student.
Talley received a four year sentence. He will serve four of those months behind bars.
Talley worked for the Alcoa City school district from 1994 to 2011.
He taught U.S. History and coached the high school's softball team.
