This picture was taken at Bald River Falls on Sunday, just two days before the video was shot on Tuesday.

All this rain has caused a rare sight in the Cherokee National Forest.

Bald River Falls in Monroe County is gushing with about three-times the normal amount of water.

Photojournalist Kevin Umberger was at the 80-foot high waterfall this weekend. He took a picture Sunday afternoon.

Then Tuesday, he took a trip back to the falls, and he shows us how the rain has made a dramatic difference.
