A grocery store chain new to East Tennessee will open its second location Thursday.
Knox County's first Publix store opened back in August at the Northshore Town Center. Thursday, the chain will open a second store in Turkey Creek.
The store will include a full-service meat department, bakery and produce section. It opens at 7 a.m.
