Wednesday morning's wicked weather took down utility poles and power lines at the Morgan County/Roane County line.
Storms pushed the poles and lines onto Highway 62 near Oliver Springs.
The issue closed the highway in both directions.
TDOT says the issue was reported around 9:00 am, and the road was closed for just about two hours.
Drivers had to take an alternate county route to get around the small section of closed road.
