Knox County officially received a huge refund on a credit card from its Cash Back Rewards program.
On Wednesday, Suntrust presented Knox County Mayor Tim Burchett a check for $318,000 dollars. That's about $118,000 dollars more than the county expected.
On Monday, Burchett said the county started using a Suntrust Visa card after he condensed numerous purchasing programs.
He says he will recommend putting the money toward the county's debt
