Knoxville police arrested two suspects they say held up a Cricket Wireless store in Northwest Knoxville.

Officers say a suspect walked into the store on Schaad Road and demanded money on Tuesday. He fled the area with an unknown amount of cash.

Wednesday, police say they identified and arrested not just one suspect, but two. Matthew Hargis and Jimmy Franklin are in custody.

Police say they found part of the stolen money hidden in a Bible inside Franklin's car, the handgun used in the robbery in Franklin's mother's bedroom, and the remaining money behind Hargis' neighbor's heating unit.

Investigators say Hargis used to be a Cricket store employee.

Both face charges for aggravated robbery.
