Drivers could see some delays on Interstate 40 Saturday morning.
KUB and local authorities will have a series of rolling road blocks from 7 to 11:30 a.m.
The east and westbound lanes of I-40 between the Papermill Drive exit and the entrance and exit ramps to Alcoa Highway, could be blocked. The east and westbound lanes of the I-640 flyover ramp will also be affected.
Crews will be doing electric system upgrades.
