Snow flurries in North Knoxville Saturday afternoon
Snow flurries fell across many areas in East Tennessee Saturday.
While the snowfall was isolated across the region, in Knox County left just a light accumulation.
According to TDOT spokesperson Mark Nagi, isolated snow squalls in Monroe County and Campbell County produced snow that stuck to the ground. Some ice patches have been reported.
TDOT said trucks are loaded with brine across the region and will treat roadways as needed.
