The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has added a Knoxville man wanted for the murder of his pregnant girlfriend to the state's Top Ten Most Wanted list.
Brandon Scott Donaldson, 22, is accused of shooting his girlfriend, Marcia Crider, 19, on February 13. Crider was 10-13 weeks pregnant when she died. Donaldson is charged with one count of second degree murder and one count of attempted second degree murder. He could also be charged in the death of the unborn child.
Investigators say Donaldson and Crider were arguing at a home on Porter Avenue. Crider's mother came to pick her up, and police say Donaldson followed them to the car and fired a gun at the women, hitting and killing Crider.
Donaldson is described as a black male with black hair, brown eyes and
also goes by "L" or "Brandon Diggs." He is 6' tall and weighs
approximately 180 lbs. Donaldson is considered armed and dangerous and
should be approached with extreme caution.
Donaldson's criminal history includes a drug charge involving cocaine. He received three years' probation and is also wanted for violating that probation.
