Deputies have arrested a second person linked to a bomb threat of a Whitley County, Ky. business.
25-year-old Robin Wade Champbell has been arrested for helping with the threat. Last week, Amanda Johnson was arrested.
They both face charges for "terroristic threatening."
A Jellico woman is charged after investigators say she called in a bomb threat to a Kentucky business.
According to Whitley County Sheriff Colan Harrell, a woman called the Williamsburg Plastic Factory around 9:00 am Thursday morning. She said she had put in the building.
The building was evacuated, and the surrounding streets were blocked off to keep people away from the area.
Kentucky State Police brought in a dog trained to sniff out explosives to search the building, and no explosives were found.
Whitely County investigators tracked the phone call to Amanda Johnson. She was charged with Terroristic Threatening 2nd degree and is currently pending extradition to Kentucky.
