A decade after the murders of two 20-year-old Knox County men, the person convicted of killing them is headed back to court.
Jurors convicted Brandon Mobley back in 2005. He was sentenced to two life sentences on murder and carjacking charges.
During the trial, Mobley was required to wear what's called a "stun belt" under his clothing. It's similar to a stun gun, only it's remote controlled, basically allowing authorities to keep suspects at bay.
Now, because Mobley's attorney did not fight against the use of the stun belt, the state Supreme Court has ruled additional hearings related to that are needed. They will happen here in Knox County.
