A former Knox County judge, now convicted on federal charges, will have to wait a little longer to learn his punishment.
Richard Baumgarnter's sentencing date is now set for April 10, several weeks after his original date.
A U.S. District Judge made that decision this week.
In 2011, Baumgarnter pleaded guilty and admitted to lying about his role in a drug trafficking conspiracy involving his mistress, who once appeared in his court.
