More than two dozen people are behind bars in Sevier County after a drug round up called Operation Pill Pusher.
According to Sevier County Sheriff Ron Seals,the 29 arrests so far on Thursday are the result of an 8 month undercover drug operation. They are still looking for more suspects.
The Sheriff's Office was assisted by Smokey Mountain. U.S. Marshal's Task Force and Sevier County Constables during the round-up.
