People from around the world are learning of a Morristown dog's torture and death, and donating to help find information.

The Greene family's dog, Molly, was stolen and thrown from a moving vehicle down a busy road in Morristown.

Animal control is looking for leads, but have few details to go on. A local pet groomer started a reward fund to help gather information. It started at $200 Friday, and has now grown to $2,500.

The fund is set up at Capital Bank, and is called the Molly Dog Account. The account number is 420019280120 and you can donate by calling the bank at (423) 585-0111. The family says if no one is found, the money will go to Morristown Dog Park and Noah's Arc.

The Greene family says they are grateful for the outpouring of support, which has come not only from East Tennesseans, but they say they've even gotten donations from Canada and the Netherlands.
