Pigeon Forge residents are going to the polls Thursday, to vote once again on the city's liquor by the drink ordinance.
That measure narrowly passed in November, but a judge threw out the results over concerns that non-residents were allowed to vote.
The group in support of liquor by the drink is encouraging voters to once again pass the measure, because it will bring in extra tax dollars that will help local schools.
Opponents argue that more children will be harmed than helped if the measure passes.
Residents can cast their votes until 8 pm at the Pigeon Forge City Hall.
