Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam is offering a deal to Georgia lawmakers who are trying to take some of Tennessee's land.
He says the state will give Georgia a sliver of land containing the Tennessee River. All they have to do is give up their professional baseball team.
The water war began in February when, for the second straight year, Georgia lawmakers tried to re-draw the Tennessee-Georgia border near Chattanooga. They argue a flawed survey in the 1800s cut off Georgia from access to the Tennessee River, and a key source for Atlanta's drinking water.
Haslam joked that Georgia can have the land if they give Tennessee the Atlanta Braves or Sea Island.
