Crews airlifted a 17-year-old girl following four-car crash on I-75N in Campbell County on Sunday shortly before 11:00 a.m.
THP said the teen driver was traveling with her father up a steep incline and didn't see cars stopped in traffic until it was too late. She slammed into three vehicles, causing a pile up that injured her, two children and her father.
Lifestar flew the Michigan girl to UT Medical Center for neck injures, but officials said they think she'll be okay.
An ambulance also drove her father Phillip Gamber, 51, to UT Medical Center for non-life-threatening neck injuries as well. Crews drove two children who were injured in another vehicle to LaFollette Medical Center, and officials said they would be okay.
All victims were from Michigan.
The accident shut down all northbound lanes near mile marker 133 for nearly two hours.
