½ cup cottage cheese
1 medium banana, chopped
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon toasted sesame seed or poppy seed
Blend all ingredients in the blender until smooth. Serve over baby greens and cut fresh fruit or over spinach salad.
