Holiday Helpings Vegetarian Lentil Soup

Ingredients:

16 oz. dried lentils
1 - 3 oz. can tomato paste
1 - 12 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 cup each, onion, green pepper, red pepper
1 Tbls. each, paprika, chili powder, cumin

Directions:

After cooking lentils in 10 cups of water for 12 minutes (do not drain), add the remaining ingredients and simmer until ready to serve. Enjoy!,
