Apple Cider Vinegar Bacon Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

1 lb Brussels Sprouts trimmed and halved
Olive oil
4 pieces of bacon
1 tablespoon bacon grease
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425. Coat cooking sheet with olive oil. Place sprouts on sheet for 20 minutes in oven. Crumble bacon bits, cider, and bacon grease in bowl, whisk.
Pour mixture over sprouts and serve.
