Curried Cream Spinach

1 bunch spinach
¼ bunch broccoli
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. minced ginger
1 medium onion diced
1 cinnamon stick (crushed)
1 Thai Chili (or to taste)
1 small potato diced
1 shredded tomato
Heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. Turmeric
Salt to taste


Steam spinach and broccoli. Drain, Puree and set aside.
Add oil to pan. When oil is hot add cinnamon stick and add diced onion and cook until translucent. Discard cinnamon stick. Add shredded tomato, ginger, garlic, chili, and potato until potato is cooked through. Add turmeric and salt. Add pureed spinach mixture and cook for 10 minutes. Finish with cream and serve with naan or rice.
