Lemon Cranberry Butter

1 lb. butter, at room temp
2 T. honey
1 T. dried cranberries, chopped
1 tsp. lemon zest


Mix all together, form into a log. Wrap in a piece of waxed paper and refrigerate for at least one hour.

Variations: herb butter, orange mint butter, spicy butter, lime & chive butter, smoky pineapple butter.
